The Supreme skate series was designed for the power skater who looks to maximize the energy from every stride. They have a standard anatomical fit profile, which means that you'll get a nice snug fit in the heel. The One.6 offers very good lateral support from a boot that has medium stiffness, so if you prefer a softer boot than what you would find in the higher end models, this is a nice option for you.

Bauer uses a 3D bonded PU quarter cover which is a material with high tear strength and good abrasion resistance properties. The heel and ankle padding on the inside are nicely contoured to the shape of your foot, as is the sculpted shape of the shell. The fact that these are heat moldable at this price point is not a given, it's an added value. It shouldn't take you long at all to break these skates in.
 

The two-piece design of the felt tongue plus the slightly higher density guard in the middle of the tongue is comfortable and helps protect from lace bite. Bauer uses its Pro-8 dual density beveled TPU outsole. TPU is a thermoplastic that is commonly used in the sporting goods and footwear industries. It's relatively lightweight and it provides a decent amount of rigidity for the boot to be mounted on.
